FIAT Fiorino Natural Power features the new BUBBLE GUARD® board floor; the concept for this part has been developed by Imballaggi Protettivi, through its dedicated "A(utomotive)-Team" as it' s clear that every car-maker aims to enlighten vehicles. We knew we had good chances from the start, but the final improvement was massive. In fact what we did here consists of the following points:

• 11 kg. on each vehicle in one shot, only switching from the old structure (plywood + glued PVC top + iron) to our new product.
• Extreme cost-saving, due to passing from a 4-steps to a mono-step production (before it was necessary to cut the wooden shape, to die-cut the PVC top, to glue these parts together, and to mount the necessary metal parts to fold it;now it' s made in one single pressing shot)
• Aesthetic top finish already laminated during BUBBLE GUARD® extrusion process (without glueing anything)
• Sealed edges all over the perimeter (functional and aesthetic)
• No metal parts required to create the folding hinges: it' s 100% PolyPropylene. It means that it' s 100% recyclable, without dismantling anything
• Production time 4 times faster than before.
