IMBALLAGGI PROTETTIVI srl, founded in 1994, started producing the so-called "alveolar bubble-film", for protective wrapping; since almost everyone liked to destroy its bubbles made of Polyethylene, we decided to go for POLYPROPYLENE instead (quite innovative at that time), and this was a big jump ahead already. From here, a group of people (Franco, Mario, Eraldo, Alessandro & C.) thought that -by modifying its structure more and more- they could have ended up into "something else" than a "bubble-wrap", and started to develop new products: alveolar rigid sheets, and then corrugated flexible structures (using the same technology) were the end-result of it, by means of new patented "in-line" co-extrusion. Now we can create in-line laminated structures just by heating, and to avoid glues means a better eco-compatibility. Because we love the planet we live on.
As everyone can assume, this company was born and driven by INNOVATION ever since, and this attitude is still very much present nowadays, through new combinations and new business fields, but always keeping an eye on the future.
